This collection of policy recommendations was elaborated as part of the project “Civil Society and think Tank Forum 2024” in the framework of the Berlin Process, implemented by the Southeast Europe Association and the Aspen Institute Germany with generous support by the German Federal Foreign Office.
Civil society organization and think tanks from all Western Balkan countries and from the EU met in July 2024 in Skopje at the Preparatory Forum of the Civil Society Forum to elaborate policy recommendations within seven thematic working groups. The working groups were led by seven different organizations from the Western Balkan countries.
