CSF CSF - The platform came to life as part of the Berlin Process in Vienna in 2015.
The Civil Society and Think Tank Forum is organized annually as an official side event of the Berlin Process. It provides a platform that brings together think-tanks and civil society organizations from the region to contribute their ideas to advance cooperation and integration in the Western Balkans.
The Civil Society & Think Tank Forum 2025 will empower civil society to discuss current issues and produce policy recommendations.
Civil society representatives will provide input and strengthen their visibility in the Berlin Process formulating and discussing recommendations that inform key stakeholders.
The CSF 2025 is divided into two parts:
In-Country Meetings
held in WB6 capitals in July 2025 where civil society representatives and experts convene in cross-thematic working groups to discuss and formulate specific policy recommendations.
The Civil Society Forum
on 22-23 September 2025 in Podgorica where inputs from civil society will be discussed in panels with stakeholders from the Western Balkans and Europe.
