Gender and Diversity

Gender equality and diversity are central to the region’s reform efforts. This theme will explore the backlash against progressive gender and minority rights policies, while highlighting their critical role in inclusive growth. It will examine intersectional experiences of women and minorities—particularly those affected by migration and trafficking—and assess alignment with EU fundamental rights standards and reconciliation efforts.
