In July 2025, in-country Meetings were held across the Western Balkans to launch the Civil Society & Think Tank Forum (CSF) process.

These meetings gathered more than 70 civil society organisations and experts from WB6 countries to discuss six thematic areas – Common Regional Market and Growth; Gender and Diversity; Reconciliation and Dealing with the Past; Environment, Energy and Decarbonisation; Security; and Good Governance.

Policy recommendations discussed by cross-thematic working groups during the In Country Kick-off Meetings, as well as in thematic online consultations, will be presented at the CSF Main Forum in Podgorica.
