Advocacy Meetings (virtual and in Berlin)

Discussion of Recommendations by Civil Society with Key Stakeholders

Following the Preparatory Forum, the working group leads drafted a report based on the discussion results, summarizing the key recommendations within each thematic area. At the Civil Society and Think Tank Forum on 9-11 October 2024 in Berlin, recommendations were discussed in a public format with decision-makers and stakeholders.

In 2025, advocacy meetings continued between rapporteurs from the Civil Society and Think Tank Forum 2024 and the European Commission, EU Member States, and Western Balkan regional organizations.

The advocacy meetings served to promote the perspectives and ideas of civil society and to allow open and informal exchange between decisionmakers and civil society representatives.
