Dealing with the Past and Reconciliation

This theme addresses unresolved issues in regional dialogue, such as the BiH and Kosovo-Serbia impasse. It will examine the shrinking space for dialogue and civil society, while also exploring constructive, forward-looking approaches—especially through youth engagement and education—to foster reconciliation, integration, and social cohesion.
