The key topics will be discussed in a form of panel discussions. The regional CSOs participants are expected to supply the civil society regional agenda with relevant issues to be addressed in a productive way. The discussions around the systematic think tank work, consultations and dialogue with national authorities, networking of grassroots organisations, joint programmes and activities, monitoring and reporting mechanisms will serve as a basis for formulating a set of messages that will be communicated at the Western Balkans Paris Summit.
